ECO CMV SE Series
The Vapour Mechanical Compression evaporators are based on the forced circulation of the vapour through a mechanic compressor, to increase the thermal energy of vapour and heat the water-based solution.
Suitable to treat oil emulsions, spent release agents from die-casting, water from vibratory finishing, pre-treatment for painting industry and whenever the clean vapour can represent the source of energy.
Vertical boiling sump, large capacity for continuous operation, vapour compression system by Root pump, vacuum by vacuum pump, recirculating concentrate circuit with centrifugal pump, plate exchanger for exchanging heat between the fluid to be treated and the vapour produced, causing the condensation of the latter (distillate), pre-heating system, full automatic operation with PLC and touch screen, Automatic cleaning.
